Active Life Conditioning was founded by Sarah Applegarth in 2001.  It currently has 10 employees and works with a variety of clients ranging from Olympians to those looking to improve general health and wellness.

Our expertise lies in offering services that fit into our clients lives while choosing appropriate training methods and executing the best programs to meet your needs.  No membership fees or commitment is required. 

Our relationships with clients are based on trust and delivering high quality programs.

We empower our clients by teaching them skills that they can take with them wherever life takes them. We expect you to be accountable for your results byarriving on time and being well prepared for your session. Where you will make the best gains is by continuing to live an active life outside of your sessions with us. Solid nutrition and recovery techniques will be taught following your sessions and will help you to obtain the best results.

About Sarah Applegarth 

Sarah Applegarth,
MSc, CSEP -CEP, CSCS
is an exercise physiologist who specializes in monitoring a coach based training system.  Her work  varies from working with elite athletes trying to achieve their dreams to helping people keep fit and active for life's challenges.
 
Her Masters Degree is in Adolescent Growth and Development from McMaster University.
