Performance Distance Running/ 5k Clinic:
Geared toward athletes wishing to improve their distance running. Get inspired through higher intensity workouts like interval training, hill work and tempo running. Included: a 30minute injury screen assessment, video analysis or running, personalized goal based programme, nutritional support and weekly email support. Maximum participants 10.
Learn to Run:
Discover the physical and mental benefits of distance running with this built to succeed program including dynamic warm ups, progressive walk/jog intervals, light core and upper body conditioning and restorative cool-down and stretching. Run coach Robin Holmgren will bring you from 0k to 3+km in 7 weeks provided you do your homework! Must be able to walk briskly for 45minutes before starting this program. Included: a 30minute injury screen assessment, video analysis or running, personalized goal based programme, nutritional support and weekly email support. Maximum participants 10.
Wellness and running coach Robin Holmgren has designed and will be leading this programme.

Sarah Applegarth,
MSc, CSEP -CEP, CSCS
is an exercise physiologist who specializes in monitoring a coach based training system. Her work varies from working with elite athletes trying to achieve their dreams to helping people keep fit and active for life's challenges.
Her Masters Degree is in Adolescent Growth and Development from McMaster University.
