Congratulations Vicki Bendus!
 Vicki was named to Canada's National Women's hockey team this Fall and won the gold medal for her country at the 4-Nations Cup beating the US in an exciting overtime victory this past week!  read more here


 

 
 
Active Life Conditioning Wins the Team Award for C50 and C100 in the 1st annual Centurion in the Blue Mountains!!!
With wonderful sponsors (Thank you Toyota, DAFOM, Georgian Planning solutions, Huronia Alarms, Pedal Pushers, Kamikaze, Tatham and Associates and the Westin Trillium House Blue Mountain) and tonnes of support, 65 ALC riders completed either the 25, 50 or 100mile course.  At the end 2 days of riding, Active Life Conditioning was announced as the team winner for the C25, C50 and C100 based on it's top 5 riders.  What an honor!  Way to go everyone!  See you next year.

About Sarah Applegarth 

Sarah Applegarth,
MSc, CSEP -CEP, CSCS
is an exercise physiologist who specializes in monitoring a coach based training system.  Her work  varies from working with elite athletes trying to achieve their dreams to helping people keep fit and active for life's challenges.
 
Her Masters Degree is in Adolescent Growth and Development from McMaster University.
