This combination of light to moderate cardio, strength, balance and flexibility exercises is specifically designed for adults in the 50+ age group to help regain or maintain a healthy body in a safe, fun and professionally supported way. Each participant will receive a 30minute injury screen assessment.  Maximum participants 8.
Wellness coach Robin Holmgren has designed and will be leading this programme.

Restore Mobility and sterngth to weakened joints and muscles through gentle range of motion exercises and low intensity strength and conditioning.  Class sizes are small to maximize personal attention and safetly for all participants. Each new participant will receive a 30minute private injury screen assessment.  Maximum participants 8 Level   .

About Sarah Applegarth 

Sarah Applegarth,
MSc, CSEP -CEP, CSCS
is an exercise physiologist who specializes in monitoring a coach based training system.  Her work  varies from working with elite athletes trying to achieve their dreams to helping people keep fit and active for life's challenges.
 
Her Masters Degree is in Adolescent Growth and Development from McMaster University.
