Testimonials:

" This was my first class after back surgery and it was important to me to find someone knowledgeable.  I was impressed by the fact that everyone received a short fitness appraisal and discussion before the classes started. The class was fun and varied and seemed to focus on each of our individual weaknesses.  Laura gave modifications for different intensities and abilities.  I found that by the end of the session, all of the areas that I was concerned about had improved.  The focus was on being mechanically correct in everything we did.  That is so important when exercising. I would recommend this class to anyone who would really like to focus on doing the exercises correctly.  It is appropriate for all levels.”   Del

"The Back to Basic class has not only helped me get in shape, my muscle tone, coordination and balance are so much better!  I never thought I would like an "exercise class" but Laura makes the classes fun and different each week - the hour goes by so fast!  I liked it so much I signed up for the next session!"  Dawn

"I thoroughly enjoyed the sessions and am feeling more energetic since I have participated in them. People are complimenting me on how I look. Laura is a great instructor and is so patient and knows how to get the best out of us." Lynn S
